My new friend Janice wanted to be a duck.

I made a new friend. Her name is Janice, and she wishes to be a duck. Can you believe that, a Duck! We had so much fun.

We went to the pond, found many new animals we didn’t know were there, and made some new friends.

My favourite friend was a Lesser Water Boatman, but he said we could call him Frank. He keeps the pond nice and clean by eating all the algae and rubbish in the pond.

We also met Paulus, and he is a swan. He told Janice off for not going to school. Janice does go to school, but human school, not duck school. We had to get away from him very fast!
